CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service. One reschedule is allowed if requested 48+ hours in advance. The new appointment must be within 2 weeks, or the deposit is forfeited. Late Policy 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. Cancellation A 30% fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Policy No extra guests allowed.
